I ordered Induction cooker using online shopping from ITS. Firstly it got delivered after 10 days (many good eComm provide delivery in 3-5 days). Anyways...

Product got delivered on 18th Dec12 in broken condition, request have been made... pics have been emailed as requested on very same day. Customer Care person committed that reversal/replacement will be done in 5 working days.... however 20 days passed, atleast 10 follow ups was made.... No action from ITS.
Every time you call, a trainee takes your call and speak scripted sentence "well pick up product fro replacement in 48 hrs"
My experience:
No one care about your problem at Customer care
They do not allow you to talk to supervisor/senior person
There is no process for escalation in case of such delays
There is no compensation policy, as you have to rely always up-on their will
If you are lucky and get product on time and in good condition, otherwise their dispute/complaint management it too poor to take a risk.
Ill never going to to any shopping going forward from ITS no matter how lucrative is the offer/discount.
