I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos mobile on (4th Aug 2013) with order number: 3002570665 and I paid the money. While placing the order they showed me that they can deliver the product before 16th but I have not at received the product. I have raised a complaint against this on 20th. When ever I call the customer care they tell that they don’t have the information and they can provide information of only what they have. Really a horrible experience.
The above post is my first comment, After the above post I have received the call from Indiatimes and finally they delivered my product on 03/09/2013. The product and price is very good.
If you are OK with shipping delay you can buy the products.
After long time I have made my second purchase from Indiamtimes shopping with the order number: 3002912030. I have received the items very bad condition. The items were manufactured in the year before 2013 but the Indiatimes shopping people just rubbed the year and they wrote manually with the pen the year to be 2013 and it seems that the item is already used. I have raised a complaint on this and sent the screenshots as well. They haven’t taken back the shoes and after that I haven’t received any reply or update from them. I am requesting you never go for this site.
