Complaint raised? Even after hundred calls, no resolution?

It was meant as a gift for my parents. I ordered IFB Microwave 20L Convection- 20BC3 with starter kit from Indiatimes Shopping on Aug 17.
But guess what my parents got! In a box that was wholly intact from outside, a broken microwave. Besides that even the starter kit was all broken, despite it being in package. For one thing, we are sure that they sent us a already broken product.
Since then I have been going trying to speak to the Indiatimes shopping representative. The first person, who took the complaint stated that within 48 hours, my problem will directly be solved.
Instead of giving me a full proper replacement of the product, the Indiatimes reps said, they will cancel the order and promptly return the money! I thought, ok that will be good.
The situation is such that now every-time I call, they tell, THEY ARE SORRY and will promptly resolve the issue within 48 hours. The few times that I have insisted on speaking to a senior officer, the reps have decently put me on hold and then blatantly hung-up on me.
Indiatimes Shopping has made this whole into such a bad experience. I hardly think that my money ever is going to be refunded.
