I ordered Dr. Reckeweg Calcarea Phos 6X - Teething Troubles in Infants(Quantity-2) from shopping.indiatimes.com on Feb 22, 214 worth Rs. 202. After few days, I got an email that my order has been delivered. I checked with Indiatimes shopping and told them that I havent received any product and even the tracking number is not correct.
They registered a case 1294748 assuring that they will work on it. On March 03, 3014 I received the product but when I opened the packet it had only one quantity instead of two. I reverted to Indiatimes shopping stating the issue and sent them the screenshots as well. They again registered a case id 1299841 for partial delivery.
I followed up with them and every time I got a similar answer from them that they are taking up it as high priority and looking into this. Till date I havent received my product despite making countless emails and calls to Indiatimes shopping.
I am really surprised to see the negative attitude of Indiatimes shopping for such a small issue. I am not taking up this matter to next level as I dont hope that they are really interested to resolve this issue.
