I would say it is a worst torture ever to be faced by a person by paying the money and waiting for the product to be delivered and the order gets cancelled due to so called "stock out". I have ordered a mobile on 17th oct and been waiting for the same to be delivered, in the meanwhile I was going through all the reviews and I was shocked to see all the negative reviews and I was regretting for booking a mobile with this useless website.. after 4 days time I called the customer care to en quire about the status of my order,
A person attended I don’t know whether he was sleeping or what no one wd understand what he was telling and sm hw he assured me that it will be dispatched on 26th and I will get the product before 31st but I got a call today stating that my order has been cancelled due to stock out.. and if the person wd hv been in front of me for real then the case wd hv been different.
Again here I purchased the product with a coupon now I don’t get the offer again..they proved all the reviewers to be right and also proving that calling the customer care is waste of time.. what they provide here is not service but they torture us with all the worst performance in the name of service.. I think so the company is in debt so that they are getting money from us in the form of online shopping..
ONE KIND REQUEST FROM ME IS BETTER CLOSE THE ONLINE PORTAL AND KEEP UR SHOP IN PLATFORM... BUT THEY ARE GENUINE.. AND NOT AS CHEAP AS U MORONS.. and no sooner you people wil go out of the business.. telling this from the bottom of my heart.. you people would definitely pay for what u are doing.. when I checked today for the same product they have put that the product is in stock.. you cheaters go to hell with ur cheap products..
