I had ordered a Nokia cellphone that was not available locally in IndiaTimes Shopping online in Nov 2009. They had promised delivery within 6-7 days on the site. Now its more than 2 weeks I have not got the cellphone and when I call the vendor I get vague answers on delivery and they are saying Nokia is responsible for delivery. I have no clue when I will get my cellphone and there is noone to give me a straight answer. Mails to India Times Customer Service mail id are bouncing back and if I try to provide feedback in their website I get this useless message: "unable to connect to database.":-(
Postscript(Jan 2010): I was able to talk to some customer service rep at Indiatimes Call Center and canceled the order in Dec 2010. But now I am not getting my money back. If I call them the call is not received. If someone does take the call then he promises a date but no refund comes to the account. This is sheer cheating.:-(:-(:-( Please exercise caution when dealing with IndiaTimes Shopping and especially when you do high value transaction.
