Ordered a Buffalo portable DVD writer on 13 Dec 2011, verified the next day. Call customer care on 20 dec 2011, they replied "your order is booked with bluedart courier, will be shipped today or tomorrow".
But never shipped. Have been calling them ever since everyday they said the same. So asked for cancellation, for a week they’ve been saying that cancellation request has been raised & the amount will be reflected in my account in 3 days.
Got very much frustrated and asked them for a proof that they have placed cancellation request. But they failed to provide me with any proof. Lets see how the future goes.
My opinion: A fraudulent legal retailer trying to loot people. Spent >Rs. 100 by calling them.
P.S : If u find any attractive deals on this website, always prefer cash on delivery.
That way if they fail to ship your order, you can blindly tell them "Cancel the order & go f**k yourself".
