On 5th Aug 2013 I bought Samsung S Duos 7562 from shopping.Indiatimes.com and they given timeline after order by 16 Aug 2013 which is more than normal as the other sites shipping too fast like Tradus and eBay (experienced in last 6 months for more than 7 transactions) even they ask more time to ship but shipping will be too fast and you will get time to time information about Your product.
I contacted 3 times to indiatimes and the answer is the product will reach by 16th thats it, even the item has not been shipped yet its more than 8 days. I bought this phone for my dear one for his birthday on 10th august and I requested to deliver it by 10th Aug. Indiatimes not able to get any information about the product shipment and I doubt if I will get the item on time. This is second time I am fooled by indiatimes, previously I fought to get my money back. And this time again I have to fight for money back.
I do not found indiatimes commitments true in last two transactions and from now onwards I won’t check this site again.
