Poor customtakeouter support after you have paid the money.
I have spent almost Rs. 50 on phone calls, they keep you on hold for more than 10 minutes at a stretch untill your ear starts aching and then you have to hang up and call again.
If you want to cancel they say it will take atleast 10 days before you will get your money back.
No status update even after a week of verifying the payment.
Same product has atleast 5 different prices on the site so you don’t know which one is genuine.
Super late delivery.
And the worst part is that their feedback email id feedback@indiatimes.co.in bounces ha ha.
All I want to say don’t buy from this site, other sites are much better by my personal experience, even if they charge 10-20 Rupees more.
