Horrible experience with Indiatimes, real cheaters

I have placed order on 5th March for Asus laptop, got shipment details on 14th March, shipped via Blue Dart via fake tracking no.


Product never reached me yet. Opened a case on 19th March, but still no resolution. really very poor customer service and response.
