I ordered HTC Desire 600 from Indiatimes and my order id is 3002525731. I ordered it on 18th July and after 2 days I saw that it was out of stock on the website.
I called the customer care and said the same thing that its showing out of stock and I got a reply that my order is verified/assigned and will be shipped in 2-3 working days. After 2-3 days when I didn’t got any update I called again and they again told me to wait till the maximum delivery date.
Then today after 10 days of the order placing date I got a call from customer care that they are cancelling my order as they don’t have it in stock. I didn’t got a clue that why the F**K it was not conveyed to me earlier when it was showing out of stock on the website.
Is this a new way of defrauding started by Indiatimes that they take prepaid order and then after 10 days they says that we can not fulfill the order and will take another 10 days to process refund. Disgusting service!
Highly disappointed! I will suggest all you who are reading this please please never opt for Indiatimes for shopping!
