I ordered for a Pen drive on indiatimes on 15th Aug. Today is Oct 29th and am yet to receive the product or the refund, despite repeated calls/emails, etc. The issue got escalated to a Ms.Swathy after 20 days of follow up, who refused to escalate it further saying she is the highest authority for escalation:):).
I am now hoping for a resolution, or else I can forget about the product/refund coz I donno what is the next higher level of escalation. Disastrous & one of the worst ever service I have ever seen from online sellers. I am now playing safe and sticking to Flipkart for my online orders...
