I wanted to gift a refrigerator to my Mother on her Birthday this 23rd June...hence I ordered Hitachi 2 Door Frost Free Refrigerator - R V720PND1KX-Inverter (Stainless Steel) online from Indiatimes at some 74K price (order Number 3002410956). While I was ordering the Message there said that it would be delivered on 25th hence I lost intrest as that would mean it comes to my house post my mother’s birthday.
I immediately called Inditaimes to check on the same where I was told that this product would come from Daryaganj Warehouse and would reach you no longer than 20th June...25th June is just a timeline mentioned...and I should ignore that.
I went ahead and bout the refreigerator...now I sit on 18th and have no line of sight of the product. Wanted to make this birthday for my mother a memorable one but seems Indiatimes has other ideas......just think I have spent 74K and still have no gift to give to my mother?
Seems Indiatimes works on 1950’s supply chain model...how can I product from Delhi reach Gurgaon in 12 days? Even if someone would have put it in a rickshaw and pulled over this should have reached me in 5 days max.
I am not looking forward to get a copy paste answer for all to my concern...just want a drop dead date when the product would reach me !
