They mentioned 36 months warranty on Website but sent 1 year warranty.
Sent no invoice to cheat on TAX to government.
Once you buy product if you have any complain like this they will say contact vendor whose address is not mentioned anywhere on site.
If you ask them vendor details they will say. They regret and can’t give it.

Description:(S.O.# - 3001240051:00001) cus got product but he did nt get INVOICE & WARRANTY CARD IS ONLY FOR 1 YEAR BUT ON WEBSITE IT HAS 36 MONTH MANUFACTURE WARRANTY KINDLY ARRANGE ON URGENT BASIS .as per dolly infomred to cust to wait for 24 hours for mail confirmation..

Remark 2: I received Order for B920398 - Toshiba LCD 32PB1E (1) No invoice was sent for order number 3001240051 and wrong warranty card was sent with 1year warranty which is void as it doesn’t have sellers seal or address.
Also it had 1 year warranty written on it were as the India times page for this product shows 36 months warranty.
This is a case of misleading / cheating customtakeouters to buy product. I had purchased this model because it had 36 months warranty in the site mentioned. If I don’t get 36 months warranty I demand my payment back Also pay compensate for the agony I went through after this cheating/ misguidance by your site to buy the product.
I have generated a PDF of your site page as a proof which I may produce in consumer court and recover appropriate damages. I have attached the PDF which says 36 months manufacturers warranty. You may change it after seeing this email but I have enough proof as its generated by a online PDF generating site.
