Primarily as a customer i expect much better from an organisation like yours. Instead of having the merchant to have the parcel delivered it to my residence, at least to cover up for the error in shipment, im told that the order can be sent back and my payment refunded. This is i guess the rudest ever marketing support given.
Over and above this was my anniversary gift to my wife i had planned as a surprise.....not only that the surprise is lost......i was advised for a refund of the amount after the parcel having come so

After the order got cancelled i re-ordered the item this time telling the guys specifically that pls do not ship through the same courier company and send it through dtdc or dhl....with service at my place........guess what the item was again shipped through the same courier company.....call it deja vu and this time the courier company did not even bother calling me....tehy sent it right bace to the shipper.....reason....no service........"indiatimes ships to all india !!!!!"
