I had a horrible shopping experience with Indiatimes this time. Heres the series of events:
Placed an order (112119921) for a pen drive and a memory card - 01st Jan, 2010
Received the memory card which was not matching with the specifications
Discussed with customer care; advised to return the product to the seller and share the AWB through email
Returned the product; emailed the AWB number with customer care
E-Mail not answered by Customer Care; Called up on 18th Jan and shared the AWB
Customer care promised delivery of product within next 10 business days; made multiple calls to confirm the status
Called today and was advised by customer care that the order has been cancelled and payment returned - 03-02-2010
Payment not reflecting in the card statement 03-02-2010
No confirmation was provided on email - 03-02-2010
Please consider:
Indiatimes is surely not site that you should consider for online shopping
You will not get any emails for any confirmation, order placement, delivery, service
