Do not buy from this website.. they are fraud people . you will regret it. I had ordered a phone on 10th August its 25th August today still it has not been shipped. Indiatimes do not harass your customers. Also when I called their customer care one fellow told me that my product has been shipped and will get delivered within 1-2 days.
When I called again another fellow told me that it was not shipped and registered my complaint. They just say that your case manager will call you which never happens.
Also they are not bothered about the customers. You’ll just end up calling those idiots daily with no effective reply from them. Do not buy from them Always choose Flipkart(its the best). I was the biggest fool to order from Indiatimes.
Still my product has not been even shipped and there is no proper reply.
