It is with utmost regret after purchasing from Indiatimes shopping, that I would like to give in my complaint.
I purchased "O General 1.5 Ton Window AC - AXGT18AATH", Order no: 3002148793, from Indiatimes shopping on March 25, 2013. I received the product on April 05, 2013 via FEDEX / 800996792600. Upon opening the package I found the product to be damaged.
Damage details and problems:
Severely damaged AC housing/frame, which is dented.
Cracked and broken AC front cover/grill.
Manufacturing defect in AC front cover/grill.(pics sent for proof)
O General people say that this product does not hold national warranty(the dealer bill is from Kanpur, UP and I stay in Gurgaon, Haryana)
So I registered a case no. 788210 the very next morning, with the hope that they will cancel my order. But till date there has been NO RESPONSE from their side, inspite of multiple follow-up calls.
The summers are here, and I dont have an AC. My hard earned money is stuck with this fraud E-Commerce webiste Indiatimes. The customer care people just make false claims and so does the company shopping.indiatimes.com. Complete cheaters. No one listens, once they have got the amount. I did not negotiate on the payment, so why should I be made to suffer for the services. Please help me get my money back
