I ordered Sony Xperia SP (White) (Order No.:3002322683) on 15th May, seeing the low price from Indiatimes. The next day only website showed Courier Information and AWB No. I was surprised how could they ship it so fast.
Then I tried to track with AWB no. on Courier partner website but it was unable to track. I waited 2-3 days, but still unable to track. Then I contacted FedEx (Courier Partner). They said the AWB no. is wrong and not generated by FedEx.
Then I contacted Indiatimes, they say the order is packed so AWB no. is given, but it is yet to be shipped. Today its 21st May. Still same reply from customer care. "The product is packed and will be shipped soon." I suspect the product is out of stock. and Indiatimes is giving false AWB no. just to keep customers happy.
If I had known it would take so much time just to ship the order, I would have gone to local store and bought the phone. I wanted the phone very soon as my older phone is lost. I am thinking to cancel the order and rather buy it from local store.

I had raised case for Non-Delivery [21st May, 2013]. I have not been contacted by case manager till now. But I hope they will contact soon.

Case manager contacted and told, the product has run out of stocks due to high demands. He said he will try to get it delivered till next week, or will refund the money. I said okay to this.
Update [25th May, 2013]
I have received my product on 25th May.. I raised case for non-delivery on 21st May and it was very well resolved by case manager. Indiatimes changed the courier partner from FedEx to Delhivery. Delhivery courier received the product on 23rd May. It reached Bangalore on 25th Morning and they arranged for delivery upon calling even though it was Saturday. So I am increasing my rating for Indiatimes now.
