I am not a person who usually writes a review on a product/service or any service provider but this was important. The reason why I am taking my time out for writing a review is for those people who have ordered any product form Indiatimes Shopping, as I did it too and wondering what will happen to the product ordered by them, will it be delivered on time or it will be delayed or cancelled.
Let me share my experiences with Indiatimes Shopping(ITS).
I ordered a smartphone form ITS on 14th September and after ordering I was continuing reading reviews for my smartphone on various websites including mouthshut. Then I searched for ITS just in curiosity on mouthshut and I was shocked by reading reviews for ITS and started worrying because I had already paid for my phone via credit card. The comments like it is a fraud company and all derogatory remarks made me uneasy and started calling ITS customer care and also chatting with them and enquiring about my phone’s delivery status. They kept on saying it will be delivered on time and I had no choice but to believe them.
But to my surprise the phone got delivered on 20th September. I forgot to mention the phone I purchased from ITS I got the best price when compared to local dealer or even other websites.
So one thing is for sure they are not a fraud company but the delays which others might be suffering is the reason which is making them write such kind of reviews. I request ITS people to keep your buyers/ customers updated on the status of their product on daily basis. That will regain the confidence in customers. In my case I was worried after reading reviews, if someone from ITS calls me and confirms the status daily I would be at ease.
In my case I had a good experience shopping with ITS.
