Indiatimes is also becoming a platform for illegal activities of seller. They almost have no control over their seller like ebay. I ordered a mobile Order No:3002351325. Though I was surprised to see that not a single thing in the mobile was working. It was Menu was not opening, number keys not working, switching off frequently etc etc. I was sure this was a grey market product and not a genuine one.
Then I decided to ask invoice of the same from Indiatimes. Almost 2 months are going, they can’t furnish me the invoice. I knew the invoice was never furnished. I request everyone that please don’t buy service intensive products like mobiles, cameras by indiatimes which require a good after sale services. These product may be faulty at source. Also without bill one can not avail after sales service.
Worst part of indiatimes is that the customer support of indiatimes is very poor. They always send every customer a stereotype of emails against your grievance.
