1)return shipmentto the fraud sellers at my cost!!!!!!!!!!!Shipping charge rs 100/- bourne by buyer , after negotaiting & requesting shipping company (10-15 times) tnt to carry cell phone as they bluntly refuse to do so’
2) till 15 days no reply from seller
3) our money, time & patience lost
4) no product repalcement received till date
5)on the contaray indiatimes is cheating & saying tht the product was not returned back to the buyer in the specified time of 7 days, when actually i received the product itself on the 9 th day of ordering soiled old used handset
