Ordered a product from the deal section after reading the product description. When I opened the box, to my surprise the bedsheets were of different material than mentioned in the product description. Moreover, the pillow covers were not even matching with the respective bedsheets.
The towels had stains on them and were were baby size towels whereas in product description, I was promised king size and queen size towels, for them kings and queens are school going kids.
These people do not have reverse pickup facility. The customer care representatives are rude as well as useless. People beware of Indiatimes, it has got such cheap and duplicate quality products to offer. Its better to pay some extra money to premium shopping sites like Flipkart, snapdeal etc than these cheaters.
