Indiatimes.com is the most unethical and non consumer oriented seller I have ever seen. I ordered valentine’s day gift and specifically mentioned to be delivered on 14th Feb. I had placed the order on 4th Feb. They delivered it on 16th even after repeated reminders! They have the worst customer service also. No one replies to the emails. The staff at call centres is also inept. They are mostly clueless.
Also, beware, their call centres are open only from 8 am to 8pm IST. If you call after that, then they’ll play some advertisements and all after your painstakingly enter all your oprtions like language/service/etc. Only after you have wasted 5-10 mins on those good-for-nothing advertisements, they’ll say that the customer service timings are only till 8 pm.
Today it happened again! I thought I should give them another shot. After ordering, I get an email saying that my order was cancelled because merchant can’t deliver in that area. Why the hell they can’t find this before taking my hard-earned money? Now instead of crediting the amount back to my account, they are give me som gift certificates so that I have to once again go through the torture of ordering through IndiaTimes!!!!
