I have tried in vain so far to unsubscribe from Indiatimes Shopping’s advertising emails. Each time it’s a new experience in frustration!
- Sometimes, there is a valid and working unsubscribe link. However, note that it doesn’t ALWAYS work! For example, the page won’t open until you try 2-3 times (as if the server is heavily loaded). Then sometimes, after entering your email ID, you get an error message. But if you keep trying, hopefully eventually it will work!!!
So finally, today I logged in to my Indiatimes Shopping account (after ages!) and wrote a letter to them using the feedback form.
