Its disgusting that twice a shopped on Indiatimes.com and each time there service were disgusting and customer care highly disgraceful. First time was last year I was supposed to receive a free titan watch never received it even after umpteen number of calls and mail to there customer care.
Second time recently I bought a mobile supposed to be delivered by 15th Aug 2013 haven’t received it yet and when I call there customer care they keep telling sir give us 1-2 days more and hang the phone disgracefully.
Guys although site is sister concern with times of India don’t trust them. Never ever shop on Indiatimes.com
