I never had a horrible experience in my life. No hidden agenda.Only aim for the is to cheat customers. I ordered for Telescope. They deducted the money immediately. After 20 days no reply.so called them up they said that they will update in 24 hours no update. Then I again called up they said the dealer is not responding(His ratting is 33%? e-commerceIndia). I asked the agent then how come you are still allowing them to use your site to sell. He said they are gona take action against him. After couple of day I saw the same product being sold for 800(when I ordered it was 400). Called them up and asked to talk to superviosr. They said they will call. No calls. So I sent 5 mail after that no rpely yet.Then y’day they updated the satus saying they are giving the refund as gift cetficate.So no money refund. So now I’m forced to buy something.
Business Model:
Deduct the money.Keep it for a month(Image if the intrest if you do it for thousand of customers). Then after 30 days refund money as gift voucher. So that money stays with them for some more time. Worst thing I tried posting comments in theirsite. They blocked it!. don’t worry about the money.But the time I wasted and furstration of being cheated are the worst part. I will be happy if I’m able to get hold one of their Manager.Just wanted to give him/her a slap.I’ll be happy
