I ordered a photo frame from times of india shopping website. A defective product was delivered. I promptly reported the issue and was asked to courier back by times. The courier was collected and mail back to Delhi from Bangalore.
Now, I am stuck as there is no way I can communicate to them asking for status to delivery. I did update and raise issue with their website and doesn’t seem to have any response. The customer service guys used to call a month back asking if I have couriered and what the issue was.
They seem to have lost track of the issue altogether. Its more than 2 months now. I would sincerely request folks from refraining in using times of india shopping site.
