This is ridiculous support that I have ever faced. I see the product status as cancelled without prior intimation to customer. I really do not understand how can these guys cancel the order, without prior intimation. I placed order on 11th July and these guys responded on 14th July. I did reply to verifaction@indiatimes.co.in on 15th July where as I didnt get any response or reply to my email. I called up customer care on 16th July morning around 8:45 AM and the update I got from them was real shocking.
Customer care executive speaks the same thing again and again when I am trying to explain him/her and confirm that I the owner of credit card which is used for transaction has placed the order and what kind of information you are looking for, I can provide you right away. But they say its not our job to take the confirmation, it is finance team who needs it. If that is the case, why the customer care executive cannot connect or forward call to finance team.
This is real disappointment to me as I placed an order for the first time on "shopping.indiatimes.com" and this would be my last order too.
