Will this is my first review about Indiatimes shopping here..
I will simply put it in 3 words
Trusted - Genuine - Good Discount..
But their reputation is being shattered because of their untimely shipping and irresponsible customer care response..
Aug - 15 : Bought Galaxy core and paid right away..
Aug - 15 to Aug 23 -Item in packed state but Item not shipped. (Called customer care more than 5 times) they put forth the same response that it will be shipped before the deadline Aug 24
Aug 24 - 11.35 pm - got sms stating the item is shipped. :-)
Aug 26 - Item delivered.
Item is genuine and cool...
Pros:
-Can be trusted
-Genuine
-Somewhat low price with gift coupons applied.
Cons:
Shipping time is more (10 days is too much, some vendors provide same day shipping but their price is high compared to times price)
Customer care can be approached easily but they wont give u the exact reason for delay..
Cancelling of order will give u more pain and it will take more than 20 days for the money to refunded.. so avoid thinking of cancelling the order.. In worst case, if u cancel the order.. they will ship u the product after some time and wont refund ur money...
My suggestion, just have more patience (which is hard generally) if they don’t have stock, they will cancel ur order for sure.. if you cancel them u better pray for luck....
