Product Still Not Dispatched

I have ordered HTC One from Indiatimes Shopping but the product is still not dispatched. I have ordered this phone on 15th August 2013.

I have ordered this product only when I have found that it was better priced than other websites. Just waiting for Indiatimes to reply and get my product delivered.

I have previously experienced delay in the product delivery from this site. Last time when I have ordered a memory card from this website I was delivered a wrong product and the refund procedure took nearly 3 months.

UPDATE

Indiatimes have packed my mobile phone on 21st. But haven’t shipped it?!
