I had ordered a mobile phone from Indiatimes shopping towards the end of February. But a couple of days later, I put in a cancellation request for the order as I had a change of mind.
Nevertheless, the product got delivered 2 days after my cancellation request. I spoke to the customer care and also logged in the cancellation request again on the website.
I have received a number of calls from indiatimes saying a reverse pick up will be arranged, but till date(it has been more than 6 weeks) but the product has not been picked up yet.
I don’t recommend Indiatimes shopping to anyone. Stay away from it.
