Worst Shopping Experience with Shopping.Indiatimes

I bought Lava iris 455 mobile phone "order number 3002682272" on 20th Sep 2013 from shopping.indiatimes.com with debit card payment.

Even after 6 days of payment product was not shipped. I had chat with online chat support, executive told me it will take another 4-5 days fro shipping, while the product was in stock.

So I cancelled order and bought same mobile from saholic.com. They shipped product within 6 hrs after payment.

Please don’t buy anything from shopping.indiatimes.com

Hi Mr. Shambharkar,It’s perfectly understandable that you’re very upset about what’s happened, at this juncture your order stands canceled thus refund will credit in your a/c very soon and we will make sure that in future their will be no such ambiguities.
