My advise is do-not shop from this site.
I am a avid online buyer and have been buying from leaders like Flipkart & snapdeal. This time I decided to buy from Indiatimes. That’s when I got to understand their modus operandi. They book the orders online & then procure the product from market. If they are able to get it at lower price, they will ship it otherwise cancel the order. Please see their terms & conditions "Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled".
I had booked the phone to gift it to my wife on her b’day. As I had to travel & was not their on her b’day I thought it would be good surprise. Just a day before my wife’s b’day, they cancelled the order. Guys, you can understand my situation. One I myself was out-of-station & two, I could not even give the gift I had promised.
Also, If you call their customer support, they are shameless about it & show you the policy stated above.
