I have been cheated twice by Indiatimes Shopping

The product I ordered (Order ID:3001691655) was a Sandisk Cruzer 8GB USB Pen Drive. But after receiving the product on 26 Nov 2012, when I checked it, I found that it was not the same product I ordered for, instead I got another cheaper one.


When I complained on this issue, they accepted their mistake & lodged a complaint(Case ID : 534993);also mentioned that the last date of resolution of this issue would be Dec 19, 2012. One lady (Steby Daniel, indiatimes, CRM) from there side called me & informed that they will replace it & ask me to send a mail regarding this issue, so I sent a complaint mail. But after that no communication from their side to replace it back. I tried to contact their customer care helpline several times, but only one kind of answer I got i.e. please wait for 2/3 days, reverse pick up processes are going on & blah blah blah... I sent several mails also to their helper mail ids (itsbackend@indiatimes.com, customerservice@indiatimes.co.in, operationhead@indiatimes.co.in), but did not get a single reply.


It is now more than 1 month & this kind of iresponsible & reckless attitude of their service team made me completely frustrated. I have posted the above post on Dec 21, 2012 & after this post immediately I got a call from Mr. Sobhit from INIDATIMES SHOPPING & he told me that this issue will be resoleved with immediate effect. The next day he again called me & told me that the amount that I paid for the product, I ordered, will be refunded back to me & it’ll take max. 7 days; I also received a mail regarding this process.


But even after 15 days, I have not got it refund back , also I sent a couple of mails to social@indiatimes.co.in, as Mr. Sobhit told me to send mails to this id for any further issue. But did not get a single reply yet, this kind of atttitudes & response clearly show the frauds INDIATIMES SHOPPING is doing with its customers.
