My order 3002452073 dt 24/06/2013, case id 959374 and resolutions dt 10/07[/2013 and 20/07/2013. I have ordered karbonn a plus 9 white mobile on 24/06/2013 and paid the amount of rs.6450/- by way of credit card. The assured date of delivery was 03/07/2103. But suddenly that the mobile white colour has become sold out. On 29/06/2013 one Ms.Anu Malik called me and asked black colour was available if i agree to have black colour they will send it. I said ok. But again on 01/07/2013 the black colour also sold out. Then i sent an email stating the problems and one case id 959374 with a resolution dt 20/07/2013. Now I am in a helpless position as till now the case id is still open and in under process status.
I don’t want to cancel my order and waiting for the good thing to happen!
