Dont know whose face I saw that fatefull morning & I decided to purchase a product from Indiatimes( Car Tape Player, Item No: 112112246)
The order was placed on 29th Dec 2009. The website updated the payment status & the courier company’s name alongwith the consignee number.
Here in the FUN STARTED
Even after 6 days, when I didnt recieve the product, I called their customer service. After listening for minutes( I have logged till 9 mins when they didnt respond, with the irritating message about how their customer service executives are busy with other customers(?)I finally got through.
Nobody was of any help. I talked to 3 of their superiors( Mohit Gupta, Satya & Vineet), with everybody promising to look into the matter.
Mails & sms es to the mail-ids & 58888 do not work, so guys do not spare the trouble of waisting time in sending mails.
Finally I called the courier companys customer service. The lady was very help ful & finally I got to know that due to improper documentation, the product was lying with them.
Next day I gave left & right on the phone to these guys.
Still waiting for the product though.
NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase from these shameless website who care about the customers a hoot.
