After reading all bad reviews about Indiatimes shopping, I am afraid whether my order will be delivered or not. I made the full payment using CC. My order # is 3002907515 with delivery date as 27th Dec’13 but the status shows was IN PROCESS for 5 days and READY to DISPATCH status for 3 days without any change.
After raising the concern in Mouthshut, somebody from Indiatimes called me and assured me the delivery by 27th Dec’13 by giving all sor of commitment saying "WILL BE GIVEN HIGH PRIORITY". No USE. Contacted their customer multiple times to escalate and received an irresponsible answer from their saying that his escalation contact can not be reached, as he is busy with something else. The website give a FEDEX tracking number and gets a response from them that the package not yet received. Just like that, they gave some tracking number. Not sure of package status. I don’t think, anyone from Indiatimes cares about customer. their focus is only on getting the orders. NOT TO FULFILL as commited.
