Firstly to mention you, I order Nokia Lumia 1520, unfortunately, I read site review subsequently, so from next day I started calling up that delivered the product on time, they say dont worry product will be delivered on time. Alas, till the given date morning also they have not dispatch and when I call they said the complained cannot be registered till the date is gone, even though they were confident that delivery will not happen.
They just have the knowledge which customer already have and apart from an apology and a fake time limit of 24-48 hours reply and they never escalate the call to the concerned manager/supervisor.
I would like to know few details 1. why did you take the order from me when you say that product is out of stock? 2. Why did you guys gave fake commitments and promise about the delivery? 3. Why don’t you intimate the customer about the status for products which you cannot deliver till the customer calls and beg you about the status trillion times? I have raised many concerns in all the communicable means like calling to your support and sending emails and posting in forums, raising complaint in your website but frankly none was addressed satisfactorily.
I do remind you again to arrange my refund as promised by Monday i.e. 6th Jan of 2014 or else I would like to approach legally through International Consumer Rights Protection Council(ICRPC) about the false commitments by you. I expect you to act to this concern and resolve my complaint and refund the money ASAP, don’t just give me an apology statement showing empathy. At least, value the time I have spent to write this.
I am willing to join in the complained if any made against this site, which is run by famous "Times of India" group. Its high time "AAM ADMI" come together to remove such culprits from the business.
