I have place my order for 2 Panasonic LED 32 inch vide Order No : 3000942178 dt 27/01/2013 but till date no updates have been made regarding despatch wheres bad response from helpline numbers and overall the mail send to the concerned persons failed permanently which have increases my worries.
I have not received the reply from the id: customerservice@indiatimes.co.in which I have sent on 02/02/2013 and have been delivered to the id. If anyone can help me in this regard by giving the complete address of the corporate office/phone numbers of the responsible persons who can understand the problems of the customers.
I think all the customers are not giving good rating to the site then too the company is not atall worried regarding there images/goodwill.
Please help.
