Today it is April 9, 2012 till day my ordered product was not received also I have registered a complaint on April 4, 2012 for this also there is no status update from your end.

I had good faith/trust on shopping.indiatimes earlier but not more any from now because you people are not at all following from your end and also not worrying about customer problem. I thought to gift it 5th April to my wife but you failed to deliver in on time also no reply/status update for the complaint 180662. I know flipcart and letsbuy are too good compared to indiatimes services.
