I recently (means 45 days back) ordered 2 pc tawa from indiatimes and order was delivered in 3 days surprising me (because I had other shopping experiences too from indiatimes). upon opening I found 1 dinner set instead of 2 tawa. I immediately called customer care and lodged my complaint for replacement. Complaint lodging was easy but no feedback received for next 1 month (like they all are sleeping).
After calling customer care 5-6 times, I received information that product reverse pick up will be arranged and after reverse pickup, Ill receive the product. Again after shouting at customer care thru phone and e-mails, reverse pick up was done. Now they were asking AWB no. of reverse pick up. Upon giving now they are asking for scanned copy of receipt which I have not provided yet and waiting for their reply.
I know when you doubt your customer, you are going to ask where it was written that I gave dinner set in reverse pick up. These are the ways of indiatimes shopping to harass customers. With this example, I recommend to all my intelligent Indians not to avail services of indiatimes because it may save your some bucks but it will definitely harass you more than what you saved.
