I have ordered lumia 620 fro Indiatimes on 12th april the ex pec t e d delivery date is 26th.on 20Aprl costumer care executive called and informed that bluetoth headset(Nokia BH112) which is providing free with this mobile is not in stock so we are going to give you another one(Nokia BH111). on 22nd they cancelled that order and placed another order which is showing expected delivery date as May 9. then I have cancelled my order but it showed NO REFUND, again they placed order then I requested for cancellation finally on 24th they cancelled my order then order status updated to REFUND IN PROCESS but payment is not made yet. When ever I called them the will say Your request in process it may take 5-10 working days
so my advice is don’t buy any thing from indiatimes it is fraudulent
