Worst Horrible Online Customer Experience ...

I had ordered two products from Indiatimes one a  car bumper protector and a other Ipop silver car door protector in the month of March Order ID 3002162179. After few days I received a Package which had a single AWB number  43518340762. All my problems started from here. The Package was very small and it contained only the iPOP car door protector.


The Car bumber protector was not available in the package at all. I called their customer service raised and case 778922. They promised that they will enquire and let me know the status. I have called them around 5 to 6 times and everytime the customer service professional says its not his problem and promise me a call back. I have been waiting for the past 20 days for call backs I have never received one.


I have requested them to share a email id so that I can prove that the package was so small to fit the bumber protector. Without even shipping the product the guys claim that it is delivered.  I have been pleading them to resolve the issue else cancel the order.


The bumper protector cost 600 INR. The customer service personnel don’t even help they don’t let me speak even though I requested to speak to a superior he disconnected the line. It has been a horrible customer experience in my life. The car I own is 6 lakhs but for just 600 rupees product they have given me nightmares.


I had a Citibank card, which had promotional tie up with Indiatimes. I was planning to order products from the portal in future but looking at the way I have been treated I have escalated to Citibank as well so stop tie ups with such brands. I will also launch a online campaign if their is no resolution to all these pains. I have lost 600 rupees and a worst ever online experience . From Shipping to Customer Service it is the worst online portal.
