I ordered(order id 3003027721) Flowers for my wife on 8th Feb for valentine’s day. This stupid website first of ruined everything by not delivering any product. Then they change the status of product to delivered.
When I ask them to cancel my order as the valentine day has crossed so I don’t want any product and want the money back, so they keep sending stupid mails and call from their
super stupid customer service taking about same thing over and over again.
Till date I have been receiving same reply from them, they keep asking have you received the product, and I have become sick of telling them to refund my money.
This is by far the worst shopping website.
PLEASE GUYS NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVEN IF YOU FIND ANY ATTRACTIVE OFFER
TAKE MY WORD YOU WILL MAKE A GAMBLE IF YOU BUY FROM THEM.
YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AS WELL AS PEACE OF MIND.
I have had a bad experience before but I still bought from them because previous issue was solved and I thought that they might have improved, but I was wrong.
