No cancellation,no refund & no product paying EMIs

I ordered Whirlpool Refrigerator 190 Ltrs. 205 Ice Magic 5G (Red) on 5/5/13 and on 6/5/2013 I cancelled it as I have to book it for 6 EMI. the case id is 843115 and the resolution date which was given was 14 th of May but till date it has not been cancelled.


Several times I called your customer care but every time same commitment that U will get a call in 24-48 hrs. On 7th I got a call from your case manager Manisha but after that no one is worried about my case.My case is not resolved yet. From this month I will have to pay my EMI also but the thing is that why I will pay it I haven’t got the product. And if you are unable to cancel it then plz send my product as soon as possible.


Plz if you commit something then plz also do needful.
