Based on the credibility that Indiatimes has got, I’ve bought a cordless phone through tellyourprice.indiatimes.com.
Even though my credit card was charged for that immediately , they were denying that and only after I threatened to sue them they agreed that they’ve received the payment.
Its almost a month since I bought that item and it is yet to be shipped.
i tried calling indiatimes and couldn’t find anyone who can let me know the status of my shipment. i’ve sent so many mails to them and got reply not even to a single mail.
The order status page still shows ’’Item Not Shipped’’.
i am still waiting for the phone that I bought to be shipped.
this is one of the worst ever sites that i’ve dealt with and would suggest others not to deal with them and face the harassment that i’ve faced.
