With reference to the below mail I would like to inform you that however even after my continual calls and discussions had with your manager/executives(few recording of conversation had between me and executives are attached herewith for your ready reference). You are unable to give confirmation or any transparency regarding my transaction. Even I do not have any information or details on my refund
I REQUEST THE CONCERN DEPARTMENT TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS MOST URGENT OR FACE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES.

I am VERY SORRY FOR SHOPPING AT INDIATIMES SHOPPING I did not expected such type of services will be provided at Indiatimes Shopping.
I have spoke with you manager/executive on 07th of November 2013 @ around 11:00 AM and as per the discussion I understand that a new order will be raised within 24/48hrs for 1(One) pair of Lotto Black Men Sports Shoes - LT001 but till now I haven’t received any confirmation from your end and now when I speak to customer care executive he say that within 48hrs he will arrange for a call from manager and he is ready to take order cancellation also.
So in this regard I request you to cancel my order for balance 1(One) pair of Lotto Black Men Sports Shoes - LT001 which is not yet delivered refund my money back at the earliest.
PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS MOST URGENT AND HELP ME IN THIS REGARD
