Despite seeing many -ve’s with Indiatimes delivery issue...i ordered one smart phone (Samsung Galaxy series) on 7th Nov’12
I was not in hurry to receive this phone however earlier the better coz I have lost my Balckberry Bold and running in standby normal phone
I was irritated by a call received from some logistical division - The lady spoke to me was very polite and asked me to come to their store and collect the piece.I politely refused and called Indiatimes next day and blasted them coz.
The support guy says, the call is not from us...must be courier - I was then more irritated as they dont have the understanding of what logistics means :( and he was rude , then I raised my voice to make him listen....
in total - they DON’T care for customtakeouter - It was my 1st order and pathetic response I got ; will not continue shopping any further @ indiatimes - STAY AWAY FROM IT...!
