Their customer care consists of idiots only.They dont know how much time it will take to deliver their product
There are only lazy people.There is no proper order cancellation policy. They are using a third party courier so that they dont have any control on the shipment after they ship the item
"Once you pay the money dont expect that money back" whether you receive the product or not

I ordered Nokia 106 through India times shopping on 11th June. At the time of ordering the delivery date was 18th June. I needed that product before 20th as I am leaving for vacation and the mobile for someone else. As I found it had not been shipped before 18th I contacted the customer care to cancel the order but they told they will deliver the product before 18th. If not I can cancel the order. But on 18th the item not delivered but they packed the item and they told they cant cancel it. If I need to cancel it have to deny the item. It was really tough as I am going for vacation. I informed the same with customer care but they raised their hand. Fortunately the delivery boy called me and I refused the product on 21st June.
Till now nobody knows about the product. They have no tracking of the product. Now they cant tell that when they can give my money back. I already lost around 50Rs in communication with India times Shopping. They having my money with them for about one month. If they are having this much money from a lot of people they can run their business with the revolving interest of that money.
